All orders take about 24-48 business hours to process and ship out. All packages will ship Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday as our carriers do not come pickup packages on weekends.

Processing times: 2-5 working days. Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

Shipping costs: We ship our products through DPD express service.

Our prices are 8€ for Portugal, 20€ to ship around Europe and 40€ for Switzerland.

Returns: We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 working days of receipt of your order. We deliver worlwide within 2-14 business days. All parcels are double boxed and we make sure your new sneakers arrive in perfect condition.
